1Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the srk250 platform, you hereby agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the srk250 platform.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the srk250 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. srk250 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is deemed to be your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact srk250 support immediately.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a srk250 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could cause harm to other users or to srk250.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate or disrupt the systems, servers or networks associated with the srk250 platform.
- Using automated software, bots or any other method to access the platform unlawfully or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or accessing an account belonging to another individual.
- Spreading content that is fraudulent, makes false accusations, or could damage the reputation of the srk250 platform.
Srk250 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing an account, if any of the above rules are violated. srk250's decisions in such matters are final.
4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the srk250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of locally popular digital payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including e-wallets and online banking.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment service provider. srk250 is not liable for any delays caused by disruptions to third-party systems or banking infrastructure.
Withdrawals are processed once the required identity verification is completed. Processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the chosen withdrawal method and the account's verification status. srk250 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes where there are signs of suspicious activity.
Any attempt to commit financial fraud — including unjustified chargebacks or the use of unauthorised payment methods — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
5Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

The srk250 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, srk250 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors or unauthorised third-party access.
Account Suspension & Closure
Srk250 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms, suspected fraud, a request from a competent authority, or if the platform ceases operations. In cases where an account is closed through no fault of the user, any legitimate balance will be refunded via the original payment method once verification is complete.
Srk250's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final and not subject to appeal through public channels.
6Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
